Integrity Construction Co. was founded by two Nocatee residents with a simple standard: do it right, never cut corners, and treat every home like it's our own.
The name isn't an accident. Too much of this industry has earned homeowners' distrust — surprise costs, missed promises, work that doesn't hold up. We built Integrity to be the opposite of that, and to give the trade a good name again. Do it right. Never cut corners. Treat every home like it's our own.

All-in fixed pricing
We flag every genuine unknown in writing in your scope before you sign. If we miss something we didn't flag, we eat the cost — no "we didn't know," no surprise change orders. The only change orders come when you ask for a change.
An owner on site every day
One of the owners is physically on your active jobsite every day. There's no handoff to a project manager you've never met — the people who quoted your job are the people running it.
Materials in before demo
We don't open a wall until every material has arrived, been inspected, and confirmed correct and undamaged. You're never stuck living in a gutted room waiting on backordered tile.
Specialist trade crews
Our tile setter does nothing but tile. We bring the same vetted, licensed specialist subcontractors to every job — each a master of a single craft, not a jack-of-all-trades.

Integrity Construction Co. is a FL Certified Residential Contractor, license CRC1334844. We carry general liability coverage of $1M / $2M and are happy to provide our certificate of insurance on request. We handle permitting and the full HOA submission package on every project.
