Good Questions

Frequently asked questions

Straight answers on how we price, permit, schedule, and warranty our work. Don't see yours? Call us at 904-MY-BUILD — we're happy to talk it through.

Do you offer free estimates and consultations?

Yes. Your initial consultation and estimate are always free. We come to your home, walk the space, talk through what you want, and give you an honest, detailed proposal — with no pressure and no obligation.

How does your pricing work?

We use all-in fixed pricing — the quote is the price. Before you sign, we flag every genuine unknown in writing inside your scope. If we miss something we didn't flag, we cover the cost. The only change orders that ever come up are the ones you ask for, so you won't be hit with surprise charges mid-project.

Do I need to hire a designer first?

No. We help with design as part of the project and work with trusted partner designers at no additional cost. If you already have a designer or your own ideas and selections, we're glad to build to them.

Do you handle permits?

Yes. We handle the permitting process from start to finish, and we prepare the full HOA architectural submission package for you. You should never have to pull your own permit — that's our job as your licensed contractor.

Do you work with HOAs and architectural review boards?

Yes — regularly. We're experienced with the architectural review processes across this market — the Nocatee ARB and the individual neighborhood HOA boards among them — and we prepare and submit the required documentation on your behalf.

Do you handle insurance claim work?

Yes. If your project involves an insurance claim — storm damage, water damage, and the like — we can assist with the process and the scope of repairs.

Is there a project minimum?

No. We take on projects of all sizes, from a single bathroom to a whole-home remodel or new construction — and we welcome the larger ones.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. Integrity Construction Co. is a Florida Certified Residential Contractor, license CRC1334844, and we're fully licensed and insured (general liability $1M/$2M). We're happy to provide our certificate of insurance on request.

What areas do you serve?

We serve St. Johns and Duval County, Florida — including Nocatee, Ponte Vedra, Ponte Vedra Beach, Beachwalk, Silverleaf, World Golf Village, Palencia, St. Augustine, and the greater Jacksonville area. We're based in Nocatee, where both owners live.

Who is actually on my jobsite?

One of the owners — Felix or Dmitry — is physically on your active jobsite every day. There's no handoff to a project manager you've never met. The trade work is performed by the same vetted, licensed specialist crews on every job.

How soon can you start?

It depends mostly on materials. If nothing needs to be ordered, we can typically start within 1–2 weeks. Ordered items like tile and fixtures usually take 1–3 weeks, and custom cabinetry runs about 6–8 weeks. We don't begin demo until everything is in hand.

What does your warranty cover?

Every project carries a 12-month warranty on all materials and labor that Integrity provides and installs. Materials you supply yourself can't be warrantied by us, but everything we furnish and install is covered for a full year.

Do you offer financing?

Yes — for home sellers, we partner with Notable to offer pay-at-close financing of up to $75,000 to fund pre-listing prep, repaid when your home sells. It's a soft credit pull to apply, with no payments until closing. See our Financing page for the details and disclosures.

How do you keep a project from running over budget or schedule?

Two ways. On budget: all-in fixed pricing with unknowns flagged in writing before you sign. On schedule: we order and stage every material before demo, use single-craft specialist crews, and keep an owner on site daily to catch and resolve issues immediately instead of letting them stall the job.
